Effective date: 9 August 2026. By using Virtual Shaadi Card, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide tools to create, edit, publish, and share digital invitations. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and consent relating to content you upload or publish.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential, provide an accurate email address, and do not create accounts or content that impersonates another person, violates law, infringes rights, or abuses guests or our infrastructure.
Payments
Premium card publishing is priced at ₹1,000 unless a promotion, credit, or free-card entitlement applies. Prices are shown before payment. Razorpay processes payments and its applicable terms and privacy practices also apply. We verify payment signatures server-side and may suspend fulfillment where a payment is not captured or appears fraudulent.
Content and hosting
You retain rights to your content and grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and deliver it for the service. We may remove unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content. Availability may change for maintenance, security, or events outside our control.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Our liability for a paid card is limited to the amount paid for that card, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
