Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital product policy

Because a premium invitation is a digital service that becomes available immediately after successful payment, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled after fulfillment.

Exceptions

If you were charged but the invitation was not published because of a technical failure, or if you were charged more than once for the same card, contact info@virtualshadicad.com within 7 days with your order and payment identifiers. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund through the original payment method.

Payment provider

Razorpay may independently show payment or dispute options under its applicable terms. We do not store payment credentials.
